The conference is scheduled for October 2023 at the University of Colorado Boulder in Boulder, Colorado, with support from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and University of Colorado Boulder Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute, the Colorado State University Center for the New Energy Economy, the Colorado School of Mines, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and the University of Wyoming.
